Vincent holds a Certificate in Public Participation from the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2). He supports his clients with their social acceptability, public participation, crisis management, as well as media and social media training needs. He frequently works on communication plans and other documents related to strategic announcements. He also excels at building strong relationships with his clients, their partners and stakeholders.

Perfectly bilingual, he is known as a good public speaker and a communicator. Vincent often facilitates and moderates public consultations and focus groups on behalf of several municipalities, as well as public and private clients.

Vincent graduated from Concordia University with a BA in journalism, multiplatform specialization. His passion for sports led him to work in this field for a few years as a radio journalist and play-by-play announcer for hockey games.

Vincent sits on the boards of directors of the Chamber of commerce of Trois-Rivières (CCI3R), Innovation and Economic Development Trois-Rivières (IDÉ) and the Trois-Rivières durable Foundation. He also completed three terms as a board member of a sports federation in Quebec and acted as a mentor for Concordia University's delegation at the Communication Games.
