Pierre Guillot-Hurtubise is one of the most prominent specialists in community relations, social acceptability and issue management of major projects within Quebec. A seasoned negotiator with a unique expertise in public consultation and coalition coordination, he knows how to get the support needed to move ideas and projects forward. His talents as a speaker and facilitator make him one of the most effective and renowned animators in Quebec.

The more complex and controversial the file, the more he deploys his talents. Where some only see the problem, Pierre immediately imagines the solution and the path to get there. Many of the projects that have come to fruition bear witness to the quality of his work and expertise.

In the Fall of 2020, he became the first and only Public Relations professional in Canada to obtain the CP3 certification from the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2), demonstrating his commitment to the highest standards of practice.

Passionate about heritage and culture, Pierre collects articles related to the history of the Dow Brewery, and chairs the Board of Directors of la Ligue nationale d’improvisation (LNI), which he has supported for more than ten years.
