Public Affairs and Government Relations

François began his career in public affairs in 2003. First in provincial politics, for over eight years as Chief of Staff and, from 2011 to 2016, as Vice-President at Cohn & Wolfe Montréal.

His clients work in fields as varied as transportation, health, education, culture, environment, real estate development, and high technology. His extensive knowledge of the Quebec government, and of public affairs in general, makes him a leading strategic advisor for companies navigating the administrative and political maze.

François also assists his clients with their communications and issues management needs. He is recognized for his ability to quickly grasp strategic issues and transform them into lasting solutions.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology from the Université de Sherbrooke. For the last several years, François has been invited to lead a seminar on government relations as part of the master’s program in Public and International Affairs at the Université de Montréal's Faculty of Political Science. He also sits on Lobbyisme Québec's Advisory Committee as a representative for lobbying firms.
