Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec (Quebec Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals), Hugo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and a Master of Human Resources Management. He has been involved on several boards of directors, including, currently, the Information and Referral Centre of Greater Montreal.
