President of NATIONAL and Managing Partner of the Montreal office, Martin Daraiche leads the Firm's activities in Montreal and the operations of its nine offices in Canada, while remaining highly engaged with clients.

Recognized for his analytical skills, straightforwardness and strategic vision, his advice is particularly sought after for managing complex or sensitive issues, or for mandates and projects of pan-Canadian or international scope. Drawing on his vast political experience and his very precise knowledge of government decision-making mechanisms, Martin works closely with leaders to establish strategies adapted to meet and even surpass their objectives.

A lawyer by trade, Martin Daraiche joined NATIONAL in 2008. Appointed partner (2012), managing partner of the Quebec City office (2017), and president of NATIONAL (2019), he previously held various key positions in the Quebec government and the office of the Premier of Quebec.

A member of YPO since 2021, Martin served on the Board of Directors of The Arthritis Society from 2016 to 2019 and participated in the prestigious Governor General's Canadian Leadership Conference.
