Luc Ouellet is a partner and is based in NATIONAL's Quebec City office. He specializes in government relations and crisis management for numerous blue-chip clients.

He has developed outstanding expertise in managing crises and important issues. Luc managed the Quebec City office from 2005 to 2017 and over the years, he has specialized in wind energy, hydroelectricity and the mining industry, executing many large-scale projects. Before joining NATIONAL, Luc was assistant to the president of the Quebec Nordiques hockey club and participated in creating the Nordiques Foundation, serving as its general manager and advisor to the president. He also spent 10 years in the political sector, as advisor to the ministers of Justice, Agriculture, Consumer and Corporate Affairs, and the Solicitor General of Canada.
