Rachel is digital content manager at AVENIR GLOBAL. She has a Master's degree in Political Science from Université de Montréal, having done research on German political theory specifically on Walter Benjamin's theory of fascism.

With extensive experience in communications, she has honed her skills in both the public and private sectors. Her career includes significant work within the federal public service at Department of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, where she has contributed to various high-impact projects and initiatives.
