A public affairs specialist, with a focus in government relations, issue management and strategic communications,  over the past 30 years Kevin has provided senior counsel to notable defence, financial services, natural resources, agriculture, telecommunications and foreign government clients. 

Prior to joining NATIONAL, Kevin was a  Partner with global PR firm, Fleishman-Hillard. At FH he helped build the Ottawa office into one of the most profitable in the 80 offices network. He is a recipient of the firm’s highest honour, the John. D Graham Award, recognizing outstanding commitment to client service. 

Kevin played an integral role in the rebranding of the Ontario New Home Warranty Program to Tarion Warranty Corporation, where he was Director of Communications and Director of Government and Industry Relations over five years.

Kevin has served as a senior aide in the governments of three Prime Ministers and at Queen’s Park as a communications manager in the Ministry of Health, and with the former Ontario Jobs and Investment Board. 

Kevin holds an Honours BA in Political Science from Carleton University and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School where he specialized in constitutional law.
