An experienced human resources practitioner with more than 25 years’ experience, Kathy leads the HR function for NATIONAL’s Toronto office. With a commitment to creating a culture of wellness across the NATIONAL network, she has contributed to and led programs designed to tackle the impact that an ‘always on’ society has on NATIONAL’s work environment.

A member in good standing with the HRPA, and a contributor to NATIONAL Toronto’s Leadership Team, Kathy draws upon her experience as a Human Resources Generalist to create approaches that lead to a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Passionate about life-long learning, she can often be found on a Sunday morning in her living room viewing a Lynda.com video, or reading an article on the latest issues about human capital management, technology, communications or politics.
