NATIONAL is delighted to announce the return of Caroline Couillard as Senior Vice-President, Brand Activation & Issues Management, at its Montreal office.
With 25 years of experience in leadership roles, both on the client side and in consultancy, Caroline has established expertise in reputation management, brand strategy, organizational transformation, and the management of complex issues. Throughout her career, she has held senior management positions at Bell Textron Canada and Cirque du Soleil Group, where she supported organizations facing periods of change, high visibility and transformation.
This experience has given her an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by management teams when they have to make strategic decisions, engage their stakeholders, and maintain trust in highly demanding situations.
Caroline also has a unique understanding of NATIONAL. As a former member of our team and a client of the Firm, she has in-depth knowledge of our culture, our advisory approach, and the value we create for the organizations we advise.
This appointment is part of NATIONAL’s commitment to continuing to invest in strategic expertise to help organizations respond to growing expectations in matters of reputation, organizational transformation, and stakeholder engagement.
“We are delighted to welcome Caroline back to NATIONAL. Her background, strategic judgment, and understanding of the challenges organizations face will strengthen our ability to advise our clients on their most critical decisions. Her return represents an investment in the expertise that has set NATIONAL apart for 50 years now,” said Martin Daraiche, President of NATIONAL.
