NATIONAL is proud to have won the Silver Award in the category of external public relations program for the "D'est en Est Initiative" project at the 2024 Awards of Excellence gala of the Société québécoise des professionnels en relations publiques (SQPRP).
In 2023, NATIONAL worked with the Chambre de commerce de l'Est de Montréal to launch the D'est en Est initiative, aimed at revitalizing Montreal's east end. The aim of this ambitious project was to mobilise civil society players and public decision-makers in favour of revitalising this strategic area.
At the heart of this external communications programme were the creation of a strong brand identity, the formation of a steering committee, the organisation of a political mission to Ottawa, the Sommet de l'Est and sustained media relations. These efforts have generated impressive results, including 65 commitments from civil society and public decision-makers, totalling more than $750 million.
This Silver Award is in recognition of the hard work and exceptional collaboration between NATIONAL and the Chambre de commerce de l'Est de Montréal.
