Promotions au sein de l’équipe de direction de NATIONAL en Atlantique

Sarah Young est fière d’annoncer deux promotions-clé au sein du bureau d’Halifax, alors que Kathryn Tector devient vice-présidente principale, Stratégie et chef de la direction client, Atlantique et Iain Deans est nommé directeur exécutif de création. (L’article est en anglais.)


Sarah Young is proud to announce two recent promotions in the Halifax office. Kathryn Tector is taking on the new and key role of Senior Vice President, Strategy and Chief Client Officer, Atlantic.

Kathryn’s leadership on the senior management team for Atlantic is focused on integrated solutions, creating best teams, and the development of the firm. As a trusted transformational change advisor, she will continue to guide organizations through strategic planning, cultural, functional, and skills preparedness of teams and colleagues to best meet growth mandates in today’s evolving workplace.

As chief client officer, Kathryn continues to lead the organization in client service, value, and counsel as business needs change and our service offerings continue to expand.

In this new role, Kathryn will be building a comprehensive view of clients and their needs, and mapping our services and practices with a future forward lens. Kathryn’s goal in this role will be to keep and grow a consistent level of quality and satisfaction from our clients as their needs evolve and we bring forward the best teams and solutions through stronger partnerships.

Iain Deans is now Executive Creative Director and continues to lead the growth and direction of the team in Atlantic Canada as well as contributing to teams across the network in Canada, the US and the UK.

Over the last five years, Iain has helped define the way we work and has focused on integrating creative into making great work happen. Under his leadership, the team has strengthened its creative service offerings in areas as diverse as logo design to experiential campaigns and everything in between. He has also overseen the launch of several high profile, nationally recognized campaigns such as Atlantic Credit Unions’ ‘Lost Wallets’ experiment and Halifax Convention Centre’s ‘Where it All Comes Together’. With Iain’s entrepreneurial spirit, he’s able to inspire teams in pursuit of ideas or the thrill of the chase. He is a skilled business developer who continues to attract new clients and foster current relationships by delivering a vision that is supported by exceptional, meaningful work.
