As head of NATIONAL’s Digital, Marketing and Technology practice, Erin works with clients to develop omni-channel strategies that deliver against business objectives, build brands, manage issues and deepen community engagement.
Erin’s data-centric approach to audience insights helps solve complex business and organizational problems, driving results for clients by taking an audience-first approach to channel selection, media engagement, technology and content creation. Erin has a long history of communicating with key audiences, driving online action and identifying and anticipating issues before they arise; responding through real-time storytelling and engagement. She brings with her more than 12 years of experience developing brand and business strategies and deploying multi-channel programs that deepen audience engagement ultimately turning interest into loyalty and loyalty into advocacy.
Previously Erin was the director of communications for the late Jack Layton, leading brand standards for the 2011 Canadian federal election.
Erin is fluent in both English and French.
