The Ideal Candidate

This is a part-time role (Monday-Friday 20 hours per week) in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous executive or administrative assistant experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
- Highly accountable and organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint and Zoho (or ERP)
- Very comfortable with setting up technology for meetings (e.g., Zoom, Webex, Teams)
- Strong calendar management skills
- An ability to arrange and attend internal and external meetings in person and virtually, as required
- Possesses strong time management skills; can prioritize work effectively and juggle multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Strong writing skills, particularly for correspondence
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flawless attention to detail
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and their support staff as required
- Conduct basic research to support mandates undertaken by the Managing Partner
- Keep Managing Partner informed of work in progress
- Keep Managing Partner organized and aware of important deadlines
- Develop and share team communication materials
- Handle a wide range of administrative duties in support of the Managing Partner and members of our Senior Leadership Team
- Participate on internal committees and in planning of company initiatives
- Work cooperatively with other NATIONAL offices as required
- Assist with preparing accounts payable logs
- Assist with maconomy entries, as needed
