Ronnie is a senior communications strategist and certified change management practitioner. For nearly 25 years, she has helped clients in a variety of sectors across the country connect and collaborate to share their stories, engage with stakeholders, manage change in their business, and navigate some of the most challenging crisis situations.
Ronnie is known for her ability to identify ways to make complex issues easily understood and ensure people are at the focus of each strategy. She has worked collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop and deliver plans for a range of issues including stakeholder engagement, change management, employee engagement, issues and crisis communications, and marketing and communications campaigns that build greater understanding and awareness while mitigating risks.
In addition to her professional experience, Ronnie is an active volunteer in her community as a board member of the Canadian Association of Mental Health (NL Chapter) and past president of the International Association of Business Communicators (NL Chapter). She is also a trainer and guest speaker focusing on topics including engaging multigenerational workforces, strategic communications, reputation management, and media relations.
