Michelle Renee

Sure, Michelle is creative, but she is so much more – and that’s what makes her a powerhouse in this industry. Both a creative thinker and a strategic planner (and someone who isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty), Michelle’s skill set is wide and diverse and is beautifully balanced by a passion for both the work she does and the people she works with.
With more than 20 years of experience as a designer, art director and creative strategist in Vancouver, Michelle has worked in a variety of sectors with clients that include CP Rail, YVR Airport, Midwives Association of BC, Aviso Wealth, Doctors of Optometry Canada, White Spot Restaurants, Coors Light Latin America and Gibson’s Finest Whisky.
Whether she’s leading strategic brainstorming sessions, overseeing the roll-out of creative campaigns, or managing day-to-day client relations, Michelle’s unique insight into the needs of both clients and creatives ensures solutions that are both innovative and effective.
Michelle is an honours graduate of Grant MacEwan University’s Illustration and Visual Communications program, as well as the Sauder School of Business Ch’nook Aboriginal Business Education program.
She is also a regular public speaker on LGBT2Q+ rights, is on the Board of Directors for Out on Screen and United Girls of the World Society, and in 2019 was awarded a Medal for Good Citizenship from the province of British Columbia.
