Kayla has a master’s degree in Socio-Cultural Anthropology and a Bachelor of Arts with high distinction in Political Science and Anthropology from the University of Toronto. She thrives at the intersection of Anthropology and business and brings a unique lens to every challenge. Her degree in Anthropology ensures a human centric approach to any research project and always considers the larger socio-economic realities that structure the data.
As Qualitative Research Analyst, Kayla leads qualitative research projects out of the Toronto office. This includes conversation audits, survey analysis, one-on-one interviews, stakeholder maps and risk and opportunity assessments. She specializes in digital ethnographic projects which are used to better understand the values and motivations of consumers. Kayla has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries including energy, finance, e-commerce, healthcare and consumer goods.
