From boiling down highly technical concepts to achieve buy-in from the C-Suite, to getting deep into the mechanics of a major web build with developers, she’s comfortable communicating with and building consensus in any team or client setting – a confidence that comes from truly knowing and loving her craft.
As a senior communications advisor in BC’s political arena from 2014-2017, Jillian was responsible for engaging a diverse electorate across a multitude of issues and channels. No stranger to high-profile media and communications strategies, she led the planning and delivery of large-scale engagement programs for BC’s incumbent party and premier, including digital content production, professional social media management, and paid digital media buying.
In 2017, she made the switch to agency-side as a consultant with a mandate to establish and grow the company’s digital offering, while also providing strategic counsel to her own clients in the fields of local government and health tech.
