Jennifer brings 20 + years of communications, public relations, and marketing experience to NATIONAL. She has a strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare sector having led and managed communications, marketing, and stakeholder relations efforts within multiple organizations in the private, public, not-for-profit and consulting sectors. With diverse knowledge in health, Jennifer works closely with executives to simplify complex issues and provide thoughtful strategies to accomplish difficult objectives.
Prior to joining NATIONAL, Jennifer worked at Diabetes Canada where she held the role of Executive Director, Marketing and Knowledge Innovation. In her role, she was responsible for strategic counsel and oversight of corporate brand marketing, communications, digital and patient education programs that support the focus on curing diabetes through investments in research, education, and advocacy.
Jennifer has significant experience working with cross functional teams within highly matrixed organizations. She is skilled in communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences across multiple channels and has built a reputation for delivering high-ROI and engaging plans and roadmaps.
