Prior to joining NATIONAL as a Public Affairs Coordinator, Erik spent two years working in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Since joining the NATIONAL Public Affairs team, Erik has delved into social intelligence, public advocacy, government relations, and stakeholder management. At NATIONAL, he is leaned on for his copywriting and analytical skills, which demand a keen eye for detail and confidence with nuance and numbers. His counsel on acquiring federal funding is highly sought after by clients, as is his determination to do what it takes to bring a deliverable past the finish line.
Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dalhousie University and a Master of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics. He is fluent in English and conversant in French.
