Charles Milliard is a pharmacist and has been registered at the Ordre des Pharmaciens du Quebec (OPQ) since 2002. He detains a Pharmacy degree and a certificate in Economics (Laval University) as well as an MBA (HEC Montreal). He has worked at Groupe Uniprix (the second-largest pharmacy chain in Quebec) for 14 years, assuming many responsibilities throughout the organization (e.g. professional affairs, governmental relations, marketing, retail operations, IT). From 2013 to 2016, he acted as Executive Vice-President for Groupe Uniprix, during which he supervised the activities of half the Head Office’s employees. Passionate about politics, literature, running and all the good things life has to offer, he’s a real team player who’s driven by goal accomplishments, with a humoristic twist whenever possible. Health columnist on many TV shows (Radio-Canada, TVA and V), he is also involved in the cultural industry, mainly as Chairman of the Board of the Festival TransAmériques (FTA) and Board member of the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal (OSM).
