Caroline has worn many hats and been involved in various aspects of the marketing communications and PR industry - as an in-house PR director, agency executive, and owner of a boutique consultancy. She has gained a wide-ranging perspective by helping organizations across Canada and the U.S. with a variety of internal and external communications initiatives including media training, brand management, product launches and issues management, to name a few.
Over the past 20 years, she has supported over 60 global and regional brands in a wide range of sectors including travel, retail, food and beverage, consumer tech and entertainment/music. Select experience includes supporting Colgate-Palmolive, Iberostar Hotels and Resorts, Amazon, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Bacardi Global Brands, Virgin Mobile, Boots & Hearts Music Festival and David’s Bridal.
Her current work is focused on consumer engagement and lifestyle brands, specifically targeting millennials and Gen-Xers.
Caroline also volunteers for Network of Executive Women (NEW), which supports and advocates for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
She holds a BA in Communications and a post-graduate degree in public relations.
