Serge Paquette

Serge Paquette, a sociology and political science graduate of the University of Ottawa, brings to NATIONAL his unique experience acquired through numerous public affairs and communications assignments.

After working as an advisor to influential ministers both in the House of Commons and Quebec's National Assembly, Serge established his own communications firm, which he headed for 15 years. With his many successes, especially in the municipal sector, he built a solid reputation as a strategist, manager and communicator.

In January 2005, when NATIONAL acquired his firm, Serge joined the firm as senior vice-president, Public Affairs. In June 2007, he assumed the management of Cohn & Wolfe | Montréal, a position he held until his appointment as managing partner of the Montreal office. Serge is also the managing partner of the Ottawa office since 2009.
