Digital Ethnography – Belief Based Behaviour Research

The cornerstone of NATIONAL’s primary research offering is our Belief Based Behaviour research. Leveraging digital ethnography methods and social science rigor, we observe and analyze audience beliefs and behaviour online, whether it’s regarding a product, a company, a sector or an issue. We pair PhD anthropologists and our senior strategists to uncover deep understanding and the actionable insights that help clients deliver change in the marketplace and in their community.
