Welcoming the Firm’s First Manager of Learning and Professional Development

With the Firm’s ongoing focus on training and professional development, we are pleased to share that Caroline Guay has joined the Firm as Manager, Learning and Professional Development, marking the first time we’ve had someone in this role at NATIONAL, AXON, Madano and SHIFT. Caroline is working from the Montreal office. 

In her role, Caroline oversees learning and development programming for employees across the Firm, with the goal of ensuring that every member of the team integrates a wide variety of learning opportunities into their career plan, to nurture their professional growth and reinforce their role as a leading expert in their field. She is also responsible for the coordination of the Firm-wide training calendar and curriculum to support the overall Learning and Training program across our 17 offices.

With over 14 years of experience in Higher Education, Caroline came to NATIONAL from McGill University, where she designed, implemented and assessed a variety of webinar training, peer mentoring and orientation programs for a population of over 10,000 international students. She holds a BA in Communications from Concordia and a MA in Education from McGill University and is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
