Andrew Blanchette


Andrew joined NATIONAL in 2016 with a passion for applying social media strategy and metrics in ways that matter. Drawing from his educational background and prior work experience, Andrew is inspired by allowing social conversations to shape the way an organization charts its communications journey.
Graduating from Mount Saint Vincent University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Public Relations Degree, Andrew spent the first two years of his career in Calgary, Alberta working for a public affairs firm specializing in government relations and strategy. While there, he was able to provide strategic communications recommendations based on social media data for a number of natural resource organizations, including Fortune 500 companies. He has also worked with Capital District Health Authority and the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation during his time in University.
Since coming to NATIONAL, he has worked on conducting social media analysis for clients, allowing them to see the effectiveness of their social media presence. Andrew hails from Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia and is passionate about music, food and sports.
