A community advocate for the better part of fifteen years, Andrew prides himself on his extensive knowledge of politics and community issues at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels of government. His knowledge and expertise plays a major role as a government relations Consultant in NATIONAL’s Ottawa office. Andrew provides counsel to clients on the executive of government engagement strategies, messaging, and interfacing with the public on policy issues.
Outside of his day job, Andrew continues to provide campaign advice to select election candidates, particularly in municipal elections in addition to work as a campaign volunteer wherever professionally possible. He continues to keep in touch with his Hamilton and GTA roots by providing commentary on local politics through various media outlets.
Andrew completed his Master of Arts in Political Studies at Queen’s University, and his undergraduate education at home in Hamilton at McMaster University. He is a veteran of many elections, most recently playing a significant role organizing in Beaches—East York, Toronto.
