Laurel believes people are at the centre of all communications. Whether it’s changing behaviour, thinking differently or impacting community, Laurel loves to think about people. She provides strategic counsel to clients such as Atlantic Central, Medavie Blue Cross, Medavie Health Foundation, Art Gallery of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS®.
In 2015, she joined the first ever Blue Nose Marathon Board to help grow this community event and improve the health of Nova Scotians through education and active living. And she recently served as a judge for the Canadian Marketing Association Awards.
Laurel is a graduate of the Bachelor of Public Relations (Co-operative Education) program from Mount Saint Vincent University. She also earned a Certificate in Marketing from MSVU and is certified in Public Participation through the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2).
