Senior Vice-President, Integrated Strategy and Organizational Management at NATIONAL Public Relations, Judith Lebel acts as the conductor of talent and expertise within the Montreal office. She ensures team engagement and organizational efficiency, while strengthening synergy with the Firm’s other offices across the country.

She notably leads the development of Time & Space in Quebec, research and analysis, language services, and media training, in addition to overseeing the work of several cross-functional teams. Her unifying leadership and strategic vision enable her to transform multidisciplinary collaboration into concrete levers of performance and innovation for clients.

Recognized for her organizational skills, collaborative spirit, and ability to take on complex mandates, she actively contributes to positioning NATIONAL as a forward-looking firm, where excellence, innovation, and engagement come together to drive client success.

Outside of her professional role, Judith sits on the board of directors of La Dauphinelle, a shelter that supports women who are victims of domestic violence and their children. Passionate about reading, travel, gastronomy, music, and running, she also dedicates an essential place to her family, a daily source of balance and inspiration.
