NATIONAL’s Ottawa team recently brought together leading representatives from our country’s burgeoning Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) industry for a panel discussion on the future of LNG in Canada

The forum was moderated by RES PUBLICA Chairman, Andrew Molson, and hosted by Chris Froggatt, Managing Partner of NATIONAL’s Ottawa office. The event was attended by over 125 individuals from various departments and agencies including: the offices of the Prime Minister and the Privy Council, Natural Resources Canada, Finance Canada, Environment Canada, Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada, Transport Canada and the Department of Fisheries and Oceans. Members of Parliament, industry representatives and members of the diplomatic corps and national media were also in attendance.

Thanks to the high quality of the discussion, and for the opportunity it presented to share ideas and perspectives on such an important and timely topic, the event received strong praise from both participants and guests.
