IABC/Toronto’s prestigious OVATION Awards program recognizes communications excellence throughout the Greater Toronto Area. For its annual awards ceremony, held last night at Canada’s Design Museum, Design Exchange, IABC/Toronto took the traditional gala dinner formula to a whole new level. To spice things up, this year’s guests and nominees were invited to a one-of-a-kind Street Party hosted by CityLine’s Tracy Moore, complete with food stations, music, drinks, a photo booth and, of course, many awards to give away.
The festive and laid-back mood set the tone for what was to come for our team later in the evening. After earning a Gold SABRE Award for Canadian Campaign of the Year and a Bronze CPRS ACE Award for Best Use of Media Relations over $50k, our team’s Kiss IPF Goodbye campaign was recognized by the largest IABC chapter in the world last night, this time receiving an Award of Merit.
This is yet another well-deserved recognition for this campaign team including Joanna Wilson, Carolyn Santillan, Claire Cockburn, Natalie Dyck and Natasha Bailey.
