    Proud!

We are proud to announce that AXON was recognized as one of the top 10 Best Places to Work in the UK at the Great Places to Work annual awards dinner on April 27.

The prestigious awards are announced annually in the spring, and showcase the best workplaces in the UK.  Judging is based on honest feedback from employees, analysis of management of the company and evaluation of company culture. In addition to the overall ranking, AXON received an additional nod as one of the finalists in the Most Trusted Leadership category.

At AXON UK we've had some notable years in the recent past, leaping in size and scope both financially and from a staffing perspective, but 2015 was a banner year, including:

  • 23% growth
  • 11 promotions
  • Moving offices from Richmond to Waterloo
  • Developing a new positioning, narrative and branding, and revamping and relaunching our website as part of a cross-office AXON initiative

The award acknowledges these successful activities as part of the overall ‘story of 2015’ for AXON, as well as the feedback from employees themselves.

Miranda Dini, Managing Partner of AXON UK, is delighted with the win, and credits the team with this achievement.  “At AXON, we are passionate about what we do, and we always strive to deliver work we are proud of, while remaining focused on being an employer of choice. Working alongside our talented, passionate and dedicated team, and seeing the outstanding work they deliver—and sharing in the laughs you can regularly hear in our offices – truly makes it a pleasure to come to work at AXON every day.”
