Washington has been anything but “business as usual” in recent months. Through all types of rumours, accusations and controversies, does President Trump still have any credibility? NATIONAL’s Ronald Alepian was on the set of CP24 yesterday to share his expert opinion on the issue with host Stephen LeDrew.

What would Ron advise Mr. Trump? “One thing’s for sure. If I was advising him personally, I’d have even more white hair than I already do,” joked Ron.

That being said, our colleague believes that even if Donald Trump’s credibility is next to zero right now, the Tweeter-in-Chief seems to like feeding the conversation around real or false scandals because it allows him to reiterate what he’s being saying for months: that the entire system is broken.

Meanwhile, the rest of the world is looking at the United States and can’t help but think that the American brand is also broken.

Watch Ron’s complete interview.
