Jason Pendlebury

Jason Pendlebury has joined NATIONAL’s Halifax office as Senior Director, Analytics and Insights. Jason brings significant experience from his work throughout the US, UK and Asia and is widely regarded as a thought leader in CRM and person-based marketing solutions with a focus on innovative ideas that power customer understanding and dialog. He has led projects - both globally and nationally based – focused on building capabilities to enable customer centric communication as well as establishing the organizational change processes to effectively leverage data, technology, and customer sciences. Working closely with clients, Pendlebury has boosted engagement most notably in Healthcare, high-tech and telecommunications, insurance, and non-profit sectors. He has been instrumental in reengineering his clients’ marketing strategies, championing the adoption of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives, and securing his clients’ position as industry leaders. Prior to NATIONAL, Pendlebury worked with several internationally renowned agencies and consulting groups based out of New York and Baltimore. Jason is published in a variety of journals including the Canadian Pharmaceutical Journal, Ivey League Business Case Journals, and numerous US Department of Commerce Market Insight reports. In addition, Jason is an Assistant Professor of Marketing and Global Business at Acadia and Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, and is an Executive MBA Instructor at the University of Prince Edward Island.
