As senior account manager, Natalie defines and manages the execution of strategic media programs. She also guides her teams in identifying industry and news trends to secure top-tier coverage for clients, and closely tracks her teams’ performance to ensure all client results are met and exceed overall expectation. Natalie has previously worked with B2B clients across a variety of markets and industries, and in her current role, primarily serves technology companies that intersect with the consumer and lifestyle space.
Before joining SHIFT, Natalie worked at the Bradford Group, a full service public relations agency in Nashville, Tennessee. She utilized public relations, outbound marketing and social media efforts to drive creative conversations for a diverse group of clients. Additionally, she helped launch the firm’s inbound marketing division in 2013. Prior to working with the Bradford Group, Natalie served as the communications officer for the State of Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions under the Bredesen Administration. Natalie graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in communication, public relations and business administration.
