Alexandra Frison is a communications professional with 18 years of experience. She has been responsible for external and internal strategic communications planning for a variety of organizations in the energy, finance, health care and information technology sectors. She has also taught communications courses at Mount Royal University as part of the Faculty of Continuing Education.
Throughout her career she has been committed to and passionate about helping organizations build and execute strong communications programs to help achieve corporate goals. Her experience includes all aspects of communications – senior management communications counsel, communications research, internal and external communications strategy development, change management communications, branding, media relations, digital and employee communications.
Alexandra holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is IAP2 certified. She is also the winner of several communications awards including an International Association of Business Communicators Silver Leaf Award, and an AR Black Book award. Alex sits on the Board of the Calgary chapter of Women in Leadership Foundation and serves as its Communications Chair.
