Iain combines a love of writing and big ideas with a passion for strong strategic thinking. He finds few things more exciting than working with a team to crack a concept that will lead to bold executions.
For the last 16 years, Iain has helped create breakthrough campaigns for agencies in Halifax, Toronto and Montreal as both a writer and creative director. He has won national and international creative awards, and has experience working on a wide range of brands from Alpine Lager to Bell Aliant. He has also been at judge at The Marketing Awards.
At National, Iain develops compelling and effective creative strategies for our clients, provides guidance during the ideation process, and leads our integration efforts. In addition, he continues to pursue his first love: creating smart, effective work. Over the past year, he has provided counsel to Nova Scotia Power, Trade Centre Limited, Polycorp, Dalhousie University, King’s College, CEPA and many other clients.
Iain is a graduate of Queen’s University and the Humber College Copywriting Program.
