Mark specializes in client relations and is dedicated not only to making a connection with his clients’ brands, but also ensuring his clients’ expectations are managed honestly, whether specific to strategic development or project execution. Having worked in medical education and communications for over a decade, he has developed and refined the skills needed to become an invaluable partner, both to his clients as well as internal colleagues. His interest in healthcare and social media specifically have increased over the past two years, as he has also become much more involved in uncovering and identifying creative solutions in support of his clients.
Mark’s smile and enthusiasm are contagious. He has worked on several award-winning marketing campaigns, recognized separately by The Rx Club and the American Graphic Design Awards committee. He is a dedicated team player with the service-orientation skills and leadership qualities needed to go beyond the confines of a normal workday.
